Individual Consultation
Finding the perfect bra is a journey, but it gives you lasting relief, understanding, and new confidence in your body.
We start with you. You tell me about your challenges, experiences, and wishes for our journey together. You'll already receive initial individual tips and useful knowledge about fit.
Here we find your fit. We explore different styles, sizes, and brands. You'll receive initial recommendations and we'll discuss the next steps.
Together we try on bra models, adjust them, and ensure you feel comfortable. We reflect together on whether you're ready to find your perfect bras independently in the future and what you need for that.
Group Consultation
Sometimes learning with others creates a special kind of permission. You can ask questions, be vulnerable, and recognize that you're not alone in this.
My workshops offer mindful spaces where small groups come together to learn about fit, body awareness, and self-perception in a safe environment.
New workshops are announced seasonally
Limited to 6-8 participants so everyone feels seen, heard, and supported throughout the session.
What is shared in the workshop stays in the workshop. This is a judgment-free zone where vulnerability is honored.
About me
For years, I lived with a bra size that was treated like an afterthought in the fashion world. Too rare for the mainstream, too complex for real comfort, and the lingerie was never beautiful enough to make me feel truly seen in it.
In 2022, after many years of physical and emotional strain, I decided to have breast reduction surgery. What came after was something I hadn't expected: my body felt lighter, but my relationship with it became more uncertain.
My consulting was born in exactly this space: between discomfort and self-confidence, between silence and self-expression.
With my successfully completed fashion management degree and my personal experience with special sizes, I combine well-founded expertise with genuine understanding of the challenges many women experience in their search for the perfect bra.
